cefalothin sodium for injection 1g
dosage :1g 
     Intramuscular or intravenous injection, 0.5-1g once, once every 6 hours. The daily dose for severely infected patients can be increased to 6-8g.
     Children are given 4 doses of 50-100mg/kg body weight daily

indication:It is suitable for respiratory tract infections, soft tissue infections, urinary tract infections, sepsis, etc. caused by penicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (except for methicillin-resistant bacteria) and sensitive gram-negative bacilli. In severe cases, it can be combined with aminoglycoside antibiotics. But we should be alert that it may increase nephrotoxicity.
